Method
- Sushi rice made in rice cooker sushi seasoning added once cooked add seasoning as per bottle instructions
- Soak seaweed
- Prep vege - pickles/ slice cucumber
- Scramble tofu in pan, sprinkle tumeric over
- Build bowl. Rice, tofu, seaweed, kimchi, pickles, cucumber
