Ingredients
- thin sliced pork
- 10 crushed Garlic cloves
- 2 medium size onions, 2 carrots,5 potatos(chopped)
- 2 tablespoon sea salt
- Golden Curry 92g
Method
- Pan stir prying pork, crushed garlic and diced onion together
- add potato and carrot and keep stir prying with olive oil for around 10 mins
- pour 2 litre cold water and keep boiling
- check if potato's fully cooked and adding Golden curry mix(92g)
- serve with adding chopped green chilly
