Ingredients
- 6 Tbs Kewpie Mayonnaise 50% reduced fat
- 4 frozen Bao Buns
- 4-8 pieces frozen Korean fried chicken (or frozen fried chicken tenders)
- 1/2 carrot - julienne
- 1/2 cucumber - sliced
- 1/2 red onion - sliced
- 1/2 cup of red cabbage thinly sliced
- 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame oil
- 1 tsp gochujang paste
Method
- Place Frozen chicken in air fryer or oven (as per packet instructions (usually 15-20 minutes))
- Steam frozen Bao Buns (as per packet instructions (usually 5-10 minutes))
- Thinly sliced carrot, cucumber, red onion and red cabbage
- In a small bowl, combine red cabbage with 1 tbs Kewpie Mayo and Lee Kum Kee Sesame oil
- In another small bowl, combine 4 tbs Kewpie Mayo with 1 tsp gochujang paste
- on one side of the bao buns spread 1 tbs of the Kewpie Mayo and gochujang mix and then fill with chicken, cabbage mix, cucumber, carrots, red onions and drizzled with Kewpie Mayo
