Ingredients
- 800 grms Chicken Breast Fillet trimmed and sliced.
- Obento Tempura Batter
- 2tbls sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic diced
- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/3 cup ABC Chilli Sauce
- 1/3 cup obento Rice Wine Vinegar
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Sliced eshallots
Method
- Mix 1 cup of Obento Tempura Batter mix with water until smooth and add sliced chicken to coat .
- Fry chicken in hot oil until golden, set aside.
- For Sauce .Heat 2 Tbls Oil in heavy pan. Mix together all other ingredients in bowl and gradually add to heated oil.
- Add cooked chicken until coated with sauce mixture.
- Place chicken in serving dish and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced eshallot.
