Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lee kum kee soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 teaspoon Korean red pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Method
- Gochujang Hot Wings! 🔥8 chicken wings separated at the jointsMarinade 2 tablespoons gochujang 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon Korean pepper powder ( if you can't get this leave it out or substitute with dried chilli flakes )2 tablespoons honey2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon sesame oil Add marinade ingredients to Wings and mix well. Allow to marinade for 30 minutes or overnight for better results.Preheat oven to 180degrees Celsius.Line a baking tray with foil and baking paper for easy clean up. Coat marinated Wings in 2 tablespoons olive oil before tipping onto the lined baking tray.Bake 1 hour. Turn wings a few times during cooking time. Don't worry if the marinade burns a little.. adds flavour! 😍🤤🔥🔥
