Ingredients
- Chicken breast 500g Either marinate for min 1 hr in a sauce of your choice or poach chicken
 - Salad ingredients - wombok, cucumber, tomato, avocado, mint are the main ingredients
 - Soba noodles
 - Dressing - 30g white toasted sesame seeds, 50g kewpie mayo 60ml grape seed oil 2 tbsp light soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar 2 3/4 tsp mirin4 tsp honey 3/4 tsp sesame oil 1/8 tsp white pepper
 
Method
- Dressing - put ingredients in a blender to form a creamy paste
 - Cook soba noodles as per packet and transfer to a bowl
 - Make salad - cut items as you like and put in a different bowl. Pour half the dressing on the salad bowl.
 - Cook chicken and then slice up into thin strips. Add to the noodle bowl and pour half the dressing on
 - Serve! Divide salad among bowls and place noodles and chicken to one side. Eat and enjoy!
