Laksa

Ingredients
- Laksa paste
- Tablespoon olive oli
- 2 carrots sliced
- 150g sliced chicken
- Bok Choi
- Coconut milk can
- 300ml water
- Bamboo shoots from tin
- Egg noodles 300g
- Bean sprouts to garnish

Method
- Cook egg noodles per inst packet
- Put oil in saucepan and add laksa paste till aromatic
- Add sliced and and carrots
- Add coconut milk and boiled water
- Add bok choi and bamboo shoots
- Place drained noodles in bowl and spoon over saucepan content
- Add beans sprout to garnish
