
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Left over rice OR 1/2 microwave rice pouch of your choosing
- 1 tsp Gochujang sauce
- One portion leftover meat from previous nights dinner. In this I used chicken
- Shredded red and green cabbage
- Spinnach
- Kewpie Mayonaise
- Soy sauce for taste
Method
- Reheat/heat rice and meat in microwave.
- Add gochujang sauce and mix well.
- Add cabbage and spinach.
- Add a dash of soy sauce for taste and Mix well. Add a drizzle of kewpie mayonnaise.
