Ingredients
- Lentils
- Coconut Oil
- Kewpie Mayo
- Cumin
- Garlic
- Red Onions
- Chilli Flakes and Salt
Method
- Add all ingredients chopped into a bowl except the kewpie mayo, coconut oil and chilli flakes
- Boil and stir constantly for 30mins
- Fry chilli flakes in coconut oil for two mins till fragrant
- Combine two, the cooked lentils and fried chilli
- Stir well and drizzle large amount of Kew pie mayo on top
