
Ingredients
- Angus beef patties
- Lettuce cups
- Tomato
- Tasty cheese
- Bacon
- Kewpie mayo
- Gherkins
- Mustard
- Egg
Method
- Cook the Angus beef patties for 10 minutes.
- While the patties are cooking, cook the bacon until crispy.
- Chop up tomatoes & gherkins into small pieces.
- Wash lettuce leaf cups & pat dry with a paper towel.
- Grate tasty cheese.
- Just before the patties & bacon are ready, fry an egg.
- Place patties, bacon, fried egg, cheese, tomatoes & gherkins into the lettuce cups.
- Add some mustard to taste.
- Add a generous dollop of Kewpie Mayo.
- Roll up & enjoy!
