Ingredients
- Sushi rice 2 cups
- 1/2 avo sliced
- Smoked salmon strips
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1tbsp caster sugar
- Cucumber sliced
- Obento seaweed
- Kewpie mayo
Method
- Cook rice in 2 cups of water
- Combine rice wine vinegar and sugar, let sit til dissolved
- Slice avo, smoked salmon and cucumber
- Place seaweed in heart shaped sushi mould
- Fill with layer of rice, then toppings and mayo. Then another layer of rice.
- Roll and put lid on the heart mould and press down, the cut and serve sushi
