Ingredients
- 500g Minced Pork
- 1 diced onions
- 150g diced carrots
- Chopped Spring Onions
- 2 bags of Pastry Sheets (20sheets/bag)
- Salt and pepper
- A Splash of Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
- Minced Garlic
- 2 eggs
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a big bowl (minced pork, minced garlic, diced carrots, diced onions, chopped spring onions, eggs and sprinkle of salt & pepper)
- Mixed well and get the pastry sheets and use 1 tablespoon to scoop the mixture and place it on the sheet. Fold it properly and seal the tip of the sheets either water.
- Heat your small pan, add oil with medium heat for 5 mins, and fry them 3-5mins each side until golden brown.
