Ingredients
- Slow cooked pork with water chestnut bamboo shoots in a char siu sauce
- Bamboo shoots water chestnut Capsicum
- 2kg pork shoulder
Method
- Slow cook pork, pull apart add vegetables
- Add char siu sauce
- Thicken with cornstarch
- Pastry for bottoms and flake pastry for tops make up pies bake at 336 c and enjoy
