Ingredients
- Kewpie spicy roasted sesame dressing
- Tofu
- Mixed green salad
- Oil
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Chilli flakes
- Soy sauce
- Sugar
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Whisk chili flakes, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic and onion powder together in a large bowl. Add tofu and toss to coat.
- Pan fry tofu in a skillet over medium heat. Flip every few minutes and cook until it’s lightly browned on all sides. Set aside for 5mins.
- Prepare mixed green salad together with the pan fried tofu. Then mixed with kewpie sesame spicy dressing.
