Ingredients
- 375g Mi Goreng instant noodles
- 30g rice papwr
- 30g sesame seeds
- 120g cucumber
- 45g kewpie mayonnaise
- 9g Nori sushi sheets
Method
- Prepare noodles per packed instructions and add flavouring
- Thinly slice cucumber into circles
- Cut nori sheet into 3x2 inches
- Fill shallow bowl / plate with water
- Dip rice paper in water and ensure submerged for at least 5seconds
- Place rice paper on wet chopping board and add nori sheet to centre.
- Top with cucumber and noodles
- Fold and roll to form burrito shape
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on plate and roll rice paper rolls to coat in seeds
- Fry rice paper rolls for 2 mins on each side
- Serve with side of kewpie mayo or soy sauce
