Ingredients
- a bunch of spinach
- 1 tbsp Squid brand fish sauce 2 tbsp sesame seeds2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee soy sauce 2 tbsp sesame oil a clove of garlic (optional)
Method
- boil a pot of water enough to cover the spinach
- to make the sauce, combined soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, fish sauce and grated garlic (optional)
- put spinach into boiling water cook for 5 minutesnext drain it and put on a plate last pour the mixing sauce on top.
