
Ingredients
- Onion chopped, tsp minced garlic, tbls olive oil.
- Stirfry vegetables- extra onion( optionnal), carrot celery,capsicum, baby spinach, corn, variety of cabbage all sliced.
- Pkt Hoikkon noodles (soaked in boiling water)
- Sauce - A B C Sweet Soy (4tbls) Sweet chilli sauce(3tbls) lime juice to taste.
Method
- In a hot Wok or deep pan fry onion and minced garlic in olive oil.
- Add stirfry vegetables and stirfry 2-3 mins.
- Drain noodles and add to.pan stir frying to combine.(approx 1min)
- Combine suce ingredients and add to the dish being sure to coat vegetables and noodles evenly.
- Serve topped with casew nuts.
