Ingredients
- Miso 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- 3 tablespoon Mirin
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 350gram pork fillet
- Japanese Rice
- 1/4 a cup Kewpie Mayo
- 6 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 a teaspoon Tahini
- 2 teaspoons Light soy
- 1 teaspoons Rice wine Vinegar
- Two Teaspoons of Salt
- Lettuce
- Grated Carrot
- Beansprouts
- Sliced Spring Onion
- Pickled Ginger
- 4 eggs
Method
- Crush garlic then mix with miso and 2 teaspoons Sesame oil and one tablespoon mirin Marinate the pork fillet for 30 mins
- Place pork on baking tray lined with baking paper Cook the pork in the oven for 35 mins at 200 degrees, turn half way.When finished rest for 5mins brush juices from pan over the pork, slice into think slips.
- Make dressing one tablespoon of mirin, two teaspoons of light soy, a tablespoon of rice wine vinegar and 1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Make Mayo, Mix the kewpie mayonnaise with 4 table if toasted sesame seeds, one tablespoon of sesame oil, and half a teaspoon of tahini
- Cook Japanese rice , fry the eggs.Then essemble rice bowls with sliced pork , salad ingredients, eggs place a generous amount sesame mayonnaise garnish with ginger and more toasted sesame seeds. Spoon a soy and mirin dressing over the bowls
