Ingredients
- Sushi rice 500g
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 200g of tuna
- 200g king crab
- 1 tbsp kewpie mayo
- 120g Edamame beans
- 1 avocado
- 50g bean sprout
- 50g cucumber
- 120g Wakame seaweed salad
- 50g red pepper
- 4 sheets nori seaweed
- 1 sprig coriander
- 20g pickled ginger
- 50g soya sauce
- 2 tbsp of sushi rice sushi seasoning
Method
- In a small pan cook sushi rice with equal amounts water to rice. Boil for 5 minutes then put on low for 5 minutes. Let sit for 15mins with lid on. Add 2 tbsp sushi seasoning .
- Dice tuna into small cubes. Prepare king crab by dicing onion, add kewpie mayo and season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare vegetables by peeling and chopping , to add to bowl when rice is ready. Place rice in bowl as the base . Then add your vegetables around the side. Place both fish in the middle . Drizzle sesame oil and soy over the whole dish. Sprinkle coriander for decoration.
