
Ingredients
- 3 Tomatoes
- 3 eggs
- 3 sheets of seaweed
Method
- Chop up tomatoes and put in saucepan and fill with water up to above level of tomatoes
- High heat on stove until boiling. While boiling break up seaweed into small squares
- Whisk 3 eggs in a bowl until fluffy
- Add seaweed into soup when water is boiling
- Slowly add egg in into soup and let it cook. Don’t mix immediately, let the egg harden a bit first
