Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken Breast
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Sweet Soy Sauce
- 7 Cups Sushi Rice
- 1/2 Cup Kewpie Mayo
- 1 Jar Pickled Ginger
- I Bottle Sushi Seasoning
- 2 Pkt Nori Paper
- 6 Avocados
Method
- Thinly Slice Chicken Breast. Put in dish then add Sweet Soy Sauce to marinate.
- Put 7 Cups of rice and 7 Cups of Water in rice cooker and Cook.
- Fry Chicken strips. Put on plate to cool down.
- Slice Avocado.
- Once rice is cooked transfer into large baking dish drizzle full bottle of sushi seasoning over, let cool down a little
- Start rolling.On a Bamboo sushi mat put lay nori paper. Add thin even layer of rice. Top end lay chicken, then avocado, pickled ginger then mayo. Roll up and pop in fridge to set while rolling the rest. Enjoy with Soy Sauce and wasabi.
