Ingredients
- 2 Table spoons ABC sauce
- 2table spoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic and 10cm ginger grated
- 1Table spoon of Rice wine vinegar
- 300gms salmon cut into bite size chunks
- 1 cup steamed rice
- 1.5cups edamame beans
- 2 cups broccoli heads
- 2 carrots julienned
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 2 cups lettuce shredded
- 1 avocado sliced up
- 1 cup cherry tomato’s quarter.
- 2 table spoons pickled ginger slices
- 1teaspoon sesame oil
- 1Table spoon sesame seeds for garnish
Method
- Mix ABC, Soy, Honey, rice wine vinegar, garlic and Ginger and mix to make marinade
- Add salmon to the marinade and let sit for 20min while you cut veg.
- Put rice on to steam. While rice is cooking boils water to par cook the broccoli, carrot and edamame beans.
- Cut up cucumber, tomato, lettuce and avo
- When rice is cooked add salmon to a hot pan to pan fry with sesame oil until golden and caramelised.
- Take the salmon out and put remaining marinade in the pan to thicken and use as a dressing
- Build the bowl how you like and add sesame seeds to the avocado and salmon for presentation
