Ingredients
- 1 red onionKafir leaves 16 washed leaves
- 2 lemon grass stalks washed and cut
- 2 garlic cloves
- Olive oil 3 tablespoons medium heat1 whole chickenValcom massaman paste curry
- 1 can coconut milk
- Salt 2 teas
Method
- Cut up onion, garlic, lemon grass, chicken into pueces
- Heat olive oil in a wok medium heat.Add onion, garlic, kafir leaves, and lemon grass. Stir.
- Add cut up pieces of chicken. Stir.Add salt. Add massaman paste. Stir
- Add coconut milk. Stir
- Cook gently for 10 minutes. Cover.Cook till soft about 30 minutes
- Before you serveRemove lemon grass and kifir leaves.
- Serve with rice.
