Ingredients
- 250g Fresh Firm Tofu
- 50g Cornflour
- Cooking Oil spray
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce Kecap Manis
- 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp red miso paste
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chilli paste)
Method
- Cut the firm tofu into cubes of 3x3 and then coat with cornflour. Get rid of excess flour.
- Arrange the Tofu cubes into an air fryer basket and lightly spray some cooking oil over the coated tofu.
- Set air fryer temperature to 180°C and air fry for 15 mins.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together.
- Put the air-fried tofu into sauce and then mix them around to coat.
- Put the Tofu with the sauce in a plate and garnish them with some chopped spring onions.
