Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken thigh
- 1.5 teaspoon mirin
- 3 TBS soy sauce
- 3 TBS sake
- Half cup cornflour
- Vegetable oil for frying
Method
- Mix mirin soy and sake in a bowl. Cut chicken and place in sauce
- Coat in corn flour
- Heat oil to 170 degrees. Cook for 5 min turning with wooden chopsticks
