Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 70 g of Hanabi Vannamei prawn cutlet
- 90 g of chicken fillet(diced)
- 1/2 tbsp of salt and pepper
- 300 g of cooked rice
- 4 tbsp of ABC soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of Satay sauce
- Shallots (toping)
- 1 egg
Method
- To make the sauce combine the ABC soy sauce and Satay sauce together.
- Mix the sauce in cooked rice
- In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil and cook prawn cutlets
- Then cook diced chicken and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Add the rice (step 1)into pan and mix it well
- Take it out in a bowl and add half cooked omelette on top and garnish with shallots.
