Ingredients
- 185g Jar AUAM Malaysian nasi goreng rice paste
- 300g boneless chicken, diced into 2cm pieces
- I large brown onion, sliced
- 250g raw peeled prawns
- 200g green beans, trimmed and chopped
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 4 eggs
- Lettuce, sliced cucumber and tomato to garnish
Method
- Combine paste, chicken and onion in a large pan over medium heat. Stir fry for 6 min.
- Add prawn & green beans, cook for a further 5 min
- Add cooked rice and stir until well coasted and hated through
- Spoon into 4 serving bowls
- Fry eggs and place on to of Nasi goreng
- Serve with lettuce, cucumber and tomato’s
