Ingredients
- Rice
- 2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil
- 150ml of Kecap Manis
- Bacon
- Carrots
- Peas
- 2 scrambled eggs
Method
- In a large wok on a high heat cook 500 grams of crispy bacon reserving the oil from the bacon.
- Turn the wok down to a medium heat and add carrots and peas (add as much or as least to taste preferences) until cooked.
- Whisk together two eggs and add them to the pan. As the egg solidified stir it around until it scrambles and mixes through other ingredients.
- Add pre prepared rice (made the day before) from the fridge. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed together.
- Add 150ml of Kecap Manis and two tablespoons of Sesame Oil. Mix into rice and other prepared ingredients.
- Top with fresh Spring Onions.
