Ingredients
- 1/2 Red Onion Sliced
- 1 Whole Carrot Sliced
- 2 Cloves Garlic Crushed
- 1/4 of Red Capsicum Diced
- 250g Green Beans Diced
- 1 Chopped Red Chilli
- 500g Beef Diced
- 1 tsps Vinegar
- 2 tbsps Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
- 270g Hakubaku Udon Noodles
- Oil of your choice (Used Olive Oil)
- Approximately 3 pinches of Celtic Salt
- Sprinkle of Chilli Flakes
- Pinch Cumin Powder
- Pinch Chicken Masala
Method
- Cook Noodles in boiling hot water for approximately 8 minutes. Then strain.
- Heat saucepan on a medium heat with approximately 1 tbsp of oil. Once hot add onion and garlic, sauté until lightly coloured.
- Add meat, salt, chilli flakes, cumin powder, chicken masala and 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce, cook for approximately 10 minutes. Add dash of water if needed.
- Add all vegetables and 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce. Cook for approximately 7 minutes.
- Add Noodles and Vinegar cook for 4 minutes. Once cooked enjoy a tasty meal.
- Optional add more chilli for extra spice and tomato sauce of your choice to enjoy an authentic Nepalese street food experience!
