
Ingredients
- 1 pcs Beef sausage (or any kind of sausage)
- 1 pcs brioche bun
- 10 gr shredded lettuce
- 5 gr butter
- 5 gr tomato/chilli sauce
- 5 gr Kewpie mayonnaise
- 10 gr cheese
Method
- Toast brioche bun with butter in the pan, put aside
- Grilled/ air fried the sausage
- Set the shredded lettuce and cheese on the toast, put the sausage on and drizzle the sauces
