Ingredients
- Chicken breast 1.5kg
- Approx 200g carrot (2 sticks)
- Approx 300g potato (6 small potatoes)
- 2 tablespoon oil
- Golden curry mix (hot) 2 boxes
- Water 250mls
Method
- Cut chicken breast into small pieces (roughly a ice cube size)
- Peel all the potatoes and carrots
- Cut all the potatoes and carrots in small size
- Heat the pot, then pour in 2 tablespoon of oil
- Put in the chicken breast and stirred it. After 5 minutes, put in the carrots and potatoes. Stir for 10mins
- Then add 250mls of water to bring the ingredients to boil approx 15mins. Cover the pot
- Break the golden curry mix into 5 pieces and put into the pot. Don't cover the pot. Stir around for 10mins.
- Off the heat and serve with rice
