Ingredients
- 50g oil in pan
- 400g bass fillets
- Plain flour
- 2 eggs
- Lemon and herb panko bread crumbs
- 4x potato's with seasoning
- Veggies
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Cut potatoes with crinkle cutter and season. Then pop in the oven fan forced 200ºc for approx 30 minutes.
- Crumb the fish fillets with egg,flour and panko bread crumbs and set aside.
- Now prepare you veggies and chuck them in the steamer.
- By this time the chips will need flipping
- Heat up 50g of olive oil in a frying pan and cook the fish fillets each side until golden brown.
- Time to plate up and don't forget to add your Kewpie mayonnaise.
