
Ingredients
- Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
- 90 grams Soba noodles
- Washed leafy salad greens
- Avocado (sliced), tomato (slice or quarter), carrots (grated - fresh or pickled)
- Hot smoked salmon (flaked). Or can substitute other protein such as egg, or poached chicken.
Method
- Cook soba noodles (4 mins)
- Assemble the ingredients directly in a bowl for each person starting with the leafy green base.
- Add sliced vegetables (avocado, carrots, tomato)
- Add soba noodles and protein
- Shake Kewpie roasted sesame dressing and pour over nourishing bowls, as desired.
