Ingredients
- 200g thinly sliced pork
- 1/3 cabbage
- 1.5 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp of OBENTO Mirin Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp of OBENTO Cooking Sake
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of vinegar
- Potato starch
- Rosted sesame
- Cooking oil
Method
- Slice cabbage thinly and place them in a microwave safe dish and microwave at high for 3-5min. Once it's done squeeze water.
- While heating the cabbage, prepare sauce; combine soy sauce, Mirin, Sake and sugar.
- Place some cabbage on the pork slice and roll it.
- Heat up the pan with small amount of oil. Place rolled pork facing the end of roll down and place a lid to steam for 3 minutes.
- Keep cooking without lid until pork is cooked then pour the sauce until the sauce thinkens.
- Splash vinegar into the pan and serve with sesame seeds on top. Tadaan!! Enjoy the dish!! 😋
