Ingredients
- 3 Carrots
- 3 White potatoes
- 600g Chicken fillet
- 2 Large brown onions
- Water
- Canola cooking oil
- White rice in rice cooker.
Method
- Stir fry meat and vegetables in oil on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
- Cover ingredients with hot water in a pot, allow to simmer until tender for approximately 15 minutes.
- Add the S&B golden curry to the mixture in pieces. Stir until curry mixes are completely melted and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir constantly.
- Serve over rice.
