Ingredients
- Eggs
- Half an onion
- Tortilla wrap
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Parsley
- Handful of cheese
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- Whisk eggs and grated cheese and add salt and pepper, leave to the side.
- Oil a pan on high heat for 1 min and put down to low heat.
- Add chopped onion to the pan and stir until crispy.
- Add eggs and flip with underside slides up easily. Cook for about a 1 minute more. Warm up tortilla and plate it.
- Add Omelette to tortilla and pour some kewpie mayonnaise evenly. Add parsley as topping.
