Ingredients
- Hakubaku organic udon 1packet
- Half onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 capsicum
- 200g amy type of meat or seafood (beef on the picture)
- 3 eggs
- Teriyaki sauce
- Mayonaise
- Salt and pepper
- Some oil for stair fry
Method
- Boil the water for cooking udon noodle and cook udon noodle for 8 minutes
- Heat the pan and stair fry all veggies and your choice of meat or see food seasoning with teriyaki sauce
- Once udon noodle cooked drain the water then transfer to the pan to cook all together in the pan add some teriyaki sauce to seasoning
- Crack the eggs and whisk with little bit of water then cook omelet
- Serve udon omelette on the top Drizzle some teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise on the top !
