- Japanese Rice
- Obento yaki nori for sushi
- Tuna
- Japanese mayo
- Kimchi
Method
- Cook one cup of short grained sushi rice with a cup of water.
- Once rice is done, mix with a tablespoon of sushi vinegar and cover the rice with a wet towel to prevent the rice to dry out or harden too quickly.
- Fold Obento Yaki Nori for sushi into 4 equal squares, and cut in the middle folded line without separating all the squares. Arrange rice and preferred ingredients to the nori sheet and fold all the ingredients to form a onigirazu. Wrap with cling wrap to form a better shape. Enjoy!
