Ingredients
- Seaweed
- White wine vinegar
- Rice
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- First cut your seaweed half way, vertically
- Next mash your avocado and add salt and pepper to taste
- Now cook your rice and and white wine vinegar
- Now shred your cucumber
- Now that you have done all that you can add the rice, avocado, cucumber, and mayonnaise to a square each and and some sriracha sauce to your preference
- Now fold up and add some more mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to decorate
- Now enjoy your onigirazu
