Ingredients
- 250g chicken breast
- 1/2 pack flat rice noodles
- 1 broccoli
- 2 stems spring onion
- 2 handfuls bean sprouts
- 1tbs fish sauce
- 1tsp white sugar
- 1/2 jar Valcom Authentic Thai Pad Thai Paste
- Chopped peanuts
- Squeeze of lime juice
- Egg
Method
- Sear sliced chicken breast until golden
- Add the Valcom Authentic Thai Pad Thai Paste and stir until it smell fragrant (30 seconds)
- Add broccoli
- Add rice noodles cooked as per packet instructions and stir through. Push noodles to the side, crack an egg and scramble with spatula, then combine all together.
- Add the fish sauce and sugar and combine
- Stir through spring onion and bean sprouts
- Squeeze lime and top with peanuts
- Serve immediately
