Ingredients
- Chicken
- Rice noodles
- Been sprouts
- Rice wine vinegar
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Fish sauce
- Spring onion
- Lime
- Brown sugar
- Egg

Method
- Soak rice noodles in hot water for 5 minutes and then drain
- To make the sauce combine 3 tabelspoons of,rice wine vinegar, brown sugar and fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of honey
- Heat pan over medium heat with a drizzle of sesame oil. Add chicken to pan tossing occasionally until cooked through. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Remove chicken from pan and put aside. Whisk egg and scramble in pan, once cooked and the spring onion and rice noodles. Add sauce to pan and toss to coat. Return chicken to pan and remove from heat. Top with crushed peanuts and garnish with thinly sloced spring onion and lime wedge
