Ingredients
- 500g chicken thigh
- 1 brown onion
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- cashew pieces
- rice noodles
- lime
- pad thai stir fry paste
- oill
Method
- cut onion and chicken
- add 1 tbsp oil to pan an add onion and chicken, cook until chicken is cooked
- whisk egg an add to pan and stir through for a minute then add pad thai stir fry paste
- then add bean sprouts an stir them in.
- in a container add the rice noodles and boiling water and let them cook for 6 minutes
- strain the rice noodles and add to pan. mix noodles through
- serve into a bowl and garnish with cashew pieces and bean sprouts. then squeeze fresh limes onto dish.
