Ingredients
- 200 g chicken
- 2 tbsp oil
- Carrots thinly sliced
- 4 green onion
- 2 eggs scrambled
- Thai noodles
- Valcom pad Thai stir fry paste
- Peanuts to garnish
- Line wedge
- Bean sprouts

Method
- Cook eggs & scramble (remove)Place Oil in wok Stir fry chicken Add green onion & carrots Cook noodles as per pack
- Add half jar of pad Thai sauce Add noodles Add bean sprouts Stir until combined
- Add eggs Garnish with crushed nuts & a wedge of lime Serve
