Ingredients
- Pad Thai paste
- Pork mince
- Rice noodles
- Cashews
- Peas
- Grated veg (carrot and zucchini)
- Kewpie mayo
- Toasted coconut flakes
Method
- Soak rice noodles in boiling water
- Add pork mince to wok and brown meat
- Add Pad Thai paste
- Add in all other veggies
- Drain and add rice noodles and stir
- Top with kewpie mayo and coconut flakes
