Ingredients
- Firm tofu
- One egg
- Scallion
- One truss tomato
- Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce
- Lee Kum Kee soy sauce
- Garlic paste
Method
- Whisk the egg until thoroughly mixed
- Cut the firm tofu into pieces
- Dip each piece of tofu inside the egg liquid
- Pan-fried tofu until it turned golden color, and the reverse side
- Add the chopped tomato, garlic paste, Lee Kum Kee soy sauce and oyster sauce, two cups of water and wait until boil
- Then add some scallion, continue to cook for another 3 mins. Done!
