Ingredients
- 500g - 700g Flathead fillets
- Obento panko bread crumbs
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup Tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- Salt
Method
- Cut flathead to your preferred sizes
- Dip the flathead pieces in the mixture of cornflour and tapioca flour
- Then dip in egg mixture
- Then dip and cover in Obento panko bread crumbs
- Fry in 180c oil for 4 to 6mins depending on the size. Seasoned with salt and lemon.
