Ingredients
- 700g diced chicken fillet
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Tin of water chest nuts
- Tin of bamboo shoots
- Tin of baby corn
- 1 bok choy
- Half of capsicum diced
Method
- Heat wok, and brown chicken for 5 mins
- Add all other ingredients and cook until your liking
- Add sauce and 2 table spoons of water and simmer for 5mins
- Cook rice of your choice and add to stir-fry in your bowl or plate
