Ingredients
- 1 packet Lee Kum Kee San Choy Bao
- 1 can water chestnut slices
- Grated Ginger fresh 1 tablespoon
- ABC sauce . 1 tablespoons
- Finely chopped carrot 100g
- 2 Spring onion for garnish
- Thai basil sprigs for garnish
- Chilli strips for garnish
- 1 Iceberg lettuce crisp and firm to form cups
- Mince meat . Pork chicken or beef . 300g
- 1 onion finely chopped
- Garlic minced 2 cloves
- Oil 2 tablespoon
Method
- Fry the onion garlic till transparent Add the mince and fry till brown and broken up crumbly consistency . Add the carrot and ginger and 4 tablespoons water Bring to boil . Add the San Choy Bao and the ABC to the mixture . Reduce heat Simmer on low to reduce the moisture and caramelise the meat . Add the water chestnut sliced Spoon into cups and garnish with Thai Basil and spring onion
