- Avocado
- Yaki nori sushi sheet
- Vinegar
Method
- Place cooked brown rice in nori sheet
- Add avocado topping. Other fillings optional.
- Add a dash of vinegar on top of your filling
- Roll up sushi
- Cut sushi sheet into desired size
