Ingredients
- 6 fresh oysters
- 100g Wakame
- 2 Tablespoons of Obento Ponzu Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons of pickled ginger
- Lemon wedge to serve
Method
- Shuck your oysters and dislodge them from the shell
- Add a splash of ponzu onto each oyster
- Place a small dollop of wakame on top
- Add a piece of pickled ginger on top
- Serve on ice with a lemon wedge! So Yum!!!
