Ingredients
- 500 g Pork500 g Spinach2 large Tomato1 large EggplantPepperCrushed Garlic 1 medium OnionVeg broth
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- ChiliesTamarind paste
Method
- Saute garlic,onion and tomato in oil.Add pork and veg broth.Simmer till tender.
- Add in tamarind paste,fish sauce according to your taste.Add eggplant.Simmer till eggplant is cook.
- Add spinach and chilies at the end.Serve hot and best enjoyed with rice and fish sauce on side
