Ingredients
- Pork slices, thinly cut
- 4 table spoons olive oil
- Plain flour
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- Obento panko bread crumbs
Method
- Pound the pork slices to tenderize
- Coat each slice in plain flour
- Dip into the egg to thoroughly coat it
- Dip into the bread crumb, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper mixture to thoroughly coat all sides
- Shallow fry for about 1 minute on each side until a delicious golden brown
